So I've discovered a new diet that's going to be all the rage soon, I can just feel it.
I call it the Poor Man's Diet.
You see, when you have no income you have to be very careful about how to spend your small cache of money. That means that your fridge and pantry are very sparsely filled. There are the basics: bread, eggs, milk, pb&j, cheese, potatoes, cold cereal. Then there's the amenities: an extremely small assortment of fruits and veggies, chips and salsa, granola bars, otter pops. And well, that's about it.
And that's pretty much the easiest way I've learned how to lose weight.
